Laura Donato

Laura Donato received her Master degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of Pisa (Italy) in November 2020. Afterwards, she started a joint PhD between the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB), under the supervision of professor Alessandro Parente, and the University of Pisa, with the research group of professor Chiara Galletti. The title of her PhD project is "Data-driven analysis and modelling of turbulent reactive flows''. Her doctoral research explores the field of Data Assimilation (DA), Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), Uncertainty Quantification (UQ) and Machine Learning (ML) for the modelling of combustion systems.
