Yaniel Garcia Lovella

Yaniel Garcia Lovella is a PhD student at VUB, which received his degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Universidad Central ¨Marta Abreu¨ de Las Villas (UCLV) in 2014. He started his carrear as teaching assistant in courses as  Applied Thermodynamics and Heat Transfer at the Mechanical and Industrial Engineering Faculty of UCLV. From the research point of view, he was related to the CFD Modelling of gas combustion applications until his Master degree graduation   in the same topic. Yaniel Garcia Lovella main research interest is related to the  operational characterization of sugarcane bagasse combustion (and its mixture with other residues), including the fouling and slagging in grate fired boilers.
