Abhishek Goel

Abhishek Goel is currently a PhD student in Industriële ingenieurswetenschappen, Vrije Universiteit Brussel with Professor Svend Bram. He obtained his Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (KIET Group of Institutions), Uttar Pradesh and  Master of Technology in Energy Engineering with specialization in Materials from Indian Institute of Technology Mandi, Himachal Pradesh. During masters, he was a DAAD (Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst) scholar and completed his master's thesis at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, Germany.

His research interests lies in biomass combustion boilers, district heating networks and particulate emission measurements and control.
