Biography
Tamara Osseily is a PhD candidate at the Université Libre de Bruxelles, focusing on Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) to optimize hydrogen combustion technologies for high-temperature industrial applications. Her research aims to design burner technologies that minimize NOx emissions in flameless/MILD and oxy-fuel combustion systems using advanced simulations. She holds an MSc in Energetics and Propulsion from Ecole Centrale de Nantes and a Mechanical Engineering degree from the Lebanese University. For her Master's thesis at ArcelorMittal R&D, she developed an MHD model for electric arc furnaces.
